Sidecar Explore brings together a small group of explorers, each on her own adventure, to support one another through their quests and gain individual and group guidance from a chief navigator (Bridget!). We meet virtually, through a combination of group Zoom calls at set times and exchanges in between. We check in and share resources and encouragement.

With a Trusty Guide on Your Side
I’m Bridget, and I’m passionate about supporting courageous women who are exploring new frontiers.
It’s a passion borne from a career of helping leaders enhance their sense of the possible: in their own professional 'tool kit' and on the issues to which they've committed themselves. I have brought this passion to my work with school leaders, social entrepreneurs, philanthropists, corporate executives, and young people.
This passion now fuels my role as Founder and Chief Navigation Officer of Sidecar Counsel.
Like the women and other daring souls that I have the privilege to coach, I continue to find myself in uncharted territory with my sidecar adventures - and as a woman entering a new stage in life myself. I bring my adventurous spirit, the navigation tools I’ve developed through my coaching practice, and a personal desire to keep pushing my boundaries to the Sidecar Explore program.
What Sidecar Explore looks like in practice …
BASECAMP: We begin at ‘basecamp’ (two 90 minute sessions, one week apart, in Bridget’s Zoom Room), where we orient ourselves, map out our initial paths, and fuel ourselves for the road ahead.
LAUNCH: Explorers take off on their adventures, equipped with ‘care packages’ (personalized practical tips, tricks and motivation) from Bridget. They check in with Bridget and one another for guidance and support en route.
MOUNTAIN PASS: We conclude our time together at a ‘mountain pass’ (90 minutes, Zoom)where we’ll do a last check-in with one another, report on progress/ discoveries/ setbacks/ reroutes, give one another encouragement, and set intentions for onward adventure.
Interest in and options for further support will surface on this final Zoom call.

REST STOPS: We meet up at a couple of ‘rest stops’(90 minute group Zooms) where explorers report on progress/ discoveries/ setbacks/ reroutes and get guidance and support (and care package replenishments) from Bridget and one another.
PRACTICALITIES
Dates and Times
Sidecar Explore will take place over the course of 12 weeks between late August and early December, 2025. Specific dates/times for Basecamp, Rest Stops, and Mountain Pass will be determined based on locations and availability of explorers.
Determination of Explorer Cohort
Each cohort will consist of no more than 5 explorers and will be determined by amenable time zones.
Investment
$495. Payment plans possible. Explorers interested in additional individual support beyond the original Explore program will receive favorable rates.
Rules of the Road
Sidecar Explore will run smoothly as the following rules of the road are observed.
Confidentiality: Whatever gets shared or expressed by any explorer is to be held in the utmost confidentiality unless otherwise explicitly agreed to.
Courage: Explorers who deploy the most courageous parts of themselves and consistently push themselves beyond their comfort zones will get the most out of the experience.
Full Participation: Explorers will gain the most from this experience by consistent participation on group calls, engagement with assignments and exercises in-between calls, and proactive support for fellow explorers throughout the adventure.
