I serve as a ‘guide on the side’ both for the leadership job search adventure and for the day-to-day escapades of serving in a leadership role. While much of my coaching has focused on women leaders in international schools (and my website reflects that), my approach is suitable for leaders of all genders and in any scenario that calls for a sense of adventure.

Individual Coaching for Job Seekers and Adventurous Leaders
Leadership coaching packages are tailored to your individual situation and can range from
a one-off, 'get me through this muddy patch' conversation, to a
3-session Express Lane/Get You On Your Way job search launch, to a
full-on Along For the Ride retainer relationship for either the job search or ‘on the job’ coaching.
‘On the job’ coaching is often covered through professional development budgets, so check with your school or organization about possibilities.

Sidecar FastTrack
Leadership Job Search Course
Sidecar FastTrack is an online, modular, a-synchronous course designed to get international school leadership job seekers ‘ready for the road’ at their own pace and on their own timeline.
This four module course covers key components of the leadership search process: setting your search direction, putting together a strong application, knowing where and how to look for jobs, and prepping for the interview process. I'm available in my sidecar for one-on-one personalized coaching at a special rate for FastTrack drivers.
Sidecar FastTrack is offered on the Sidecar-U platform. It can be taken individually or with a small cohort of fellow job seekers for added accountability and support.
